  • Ventilation, electrification.

  • The manual interface presses the holder up and raises the filling rack.

  • Press the "Filling Bottle Stop" button in the HMI, and the filling cylinder is extended.

  • Push 6 bottles and adjust the filling and cutting cylinders.

  • Manually press the bracket to lower the filling bracket, loosen the screws that fix the filling nozzle, and correct the filling nozzle to align with the bottle mouth according to the specific position of the bottle mouth.

  • Adjust the position of the filling holder and adjust the height of the filling nozzle.

  • Raise the filling support, retract the filling and intercepting cylinder and the bottle blocking cylinder, push the bottle, and adjust the position of the inlet and outlet eyes. Make the electric eye irradiate the bottleneck position, move the bottle left and right, and detect whether the electric eye is normal to output signal.
